The operating model
The company is legally yours — in your name, in the registry, with you as the sole director. Second Income sets it up, appoints a vetted full-service operating agency to run day-to-day operations, and puts our in-house accountants and tax specialists on the company's finances. You stay the decision-maker: everything material is proposed to you, and every payment out of the company needs your approval.
What Second Income does
We register the company in your name, in the chosen jurisdiction, with the right structure and share ownership.
We open the company's bank accounts and payment processor relationships, and prepare you for the verification calls.
We introduce and contract a vetted full-service agency to run the business day to day, under a written scope you approve.
Our finance team manages the company's books, corporate tax, registry filings, and bank/processor compliance for the life of the appointment.
Every incoming and outgoing transaction is reconciled daily against the books. Anomalies get flagged before they become issues.
The client's products, ads, and landing pages are monitored continuously by our proprietary compliance AI.
What the operating agency does
A separate, vetted agency is contracted alongside the setup to run the commercial side of the business under the company's brand. Everything they do is scoped in writing, and every material decision comes back to you.
Researches the market and proposes what the company sells.
Plans, launches, and runs paid and organic campaigns under the company's brand.
Generates the orders and fulfils them through the suppliers and logistics partners you approved.
Handles tickets, refunds, and disputes under the company's brand, following the policy you signed off on.
How payouts work
Every outgoing payment — a supplier invoice, a marketing spend, your own monthly fee, a dividend — is queued in your portal by our accountants, with a description, amount, counterparty, and the supporting document. You approve or reject. Only approved items get released from the company's accounts.
What only you can do
The paperwork that legally has to be yours — we prep it, you sign.
For the registry, banks, and payment processors when the company is set up.
A handful of scheduled bank/processor calls per year. We brief you first.
Product lines, pricing, campaigns, creative, suppliers — the agency proposes, you decide.
Supplier bills, marketing spend, your monthly fee, dividends — nothing leaves the company's accounts without your sign-off.
Every engagement letter has a written notice-based exit clause. You give notice; we file your resignation cleanly.
What you'll see in the portal
You own the company. You see everything. Nothing material happens without your sign-off.
The application is short. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you honestly.
