This page is maintained by Second Income to explain how we handle the personal information you share with us. It's not a certification — it's what we actually do.
Encrypted document storage
ID, proof of address, selfies, and credit reports are stored in a private, encrypted bucket. Files are never publicly accessible via a URL.
Access limited to reviewers
Only you and the admins actively reviewing your application can access your documents. Access is logged.
No third-party sharing without consent
Your personal data isn't sold or shared for marketing. Documents are only shared with the banks and registries required to set up a specific appointment — and only after you've signed the engagement letter authorising it.
You can request deletion
If you withdraw before signing an engagement letter, you can ask us to delete your uploaded documents. Once an appointment is live, retention is governed by legal record-keeping obligations in the relevant jurisdiction.
