• Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Most applications are declined.
• Applying does not create employment. Approved owners are appointed as directors or shareholders under a written engagement letter, as independent parties, not employees.
• Nothing on this site is an investment, a security, or a franchise offering. You are not asked to invest money, and we do not offer returns on capital.
• We are not your lawyer, accountant, or tax adviser. Income you receive is taxable, and you should speak to your own adviser about your situation.

You must be at least 21, legally resident in a country we operate in, and able to pass identity and background verification. We may decline any application, at any stage, without giving a reason.

Figures on this site are illustrative, not promises. Most owners start between $500–$2,000 per month with a single appointment, and higher figures reflect owners with multiple appointments or specialist roles. Your fee is set in your engagement letter before you sign anything. Full detail is in the earnings disclosure.

• Give accurate information. False or altered documents end the application immediately.
• Do not apply on behalf of someone else, or submit another person's identity documents.
• Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, or probe the site or the owner portal.
• Keep your portal credentials to yourself, and tell us if you think they are exposed.

You keep ownership of the documents and information you upload, and you give us permission to use them for the purposes described in the privacy policy. The site itself, its copy, and its branding belong to International Business Services LLC.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is free of error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here overrides your signed engagement letter.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
